Forever in Fiji

A City Celebration

If your a city girl, sometimes you just

can't picture yourself tieing the knot

Just because you opt not for an open

bar for your wedding, doesn't mean that the
drinks can't be fun and your guests

have to be limited to just beer and wine.

Choosing a special drink for the evening

is a fun and unique way to celebrate.

There are so many different cocktails to choose from,

so we thought we'd help you get a start by

giving you a few ideas!

Fresh Sunrise
3 lemon wedges

1 teaspoon(s) sugar
4 ounce(s) Alizé Bleu
Sparkling wine

Lemon Drops on the Rocks
•3 cups vodka
•2 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice (from 10 to 12 lemons)
•1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons superfine sugar
•Ice, for serving
•Thin lemon slices, halved, for garnish
(12 servings)



Summer Fruit Sangria
•2 ripe plums, pitted and cut into
1/4-inch wedges
•1 large Gala apple, cored and cut into
1/8-inch wedges
•1 navel orange, thinly sliced crosswise,
larger slices halved
•6 ounces (1 1/2 cups) raspberries
•1 cup vodka
•2 bottles dry white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc, chilled
•1/4 cup superfine sugar



Champagne Punch
•1 thinly sliced peach
•1 cup raspberries
•1 cup blueberries
•1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
•1/3 cup Simple Syrup
•1 bottle champagne or other sparkling white wine



Blackberry Crush
•4 blackberries
•1 tablespoon lemon juice
•1 tablespoon Simple Syrup
•1 1/4 ounces vodka
•Seltzer
•Ice
•Mint sprig
